Miss Laura...how can anyone describe her? She is a master with kids and adults. Full of life, full of smiles, full of joy, full of wisdom. We LOVE Miss Laura! I could not be more thrilled that Maddie got to be in her class this year. It was what we were praying for!
Our son Carter is in Miss Laura's pre-K class this year. It has been a truly amazing year. Miss Laura puts her heart and soul into teaching children. Miss Laura makes learning so fun and actively engages each child in the lesson. Her positive attitude and love of life shine through in every area of her teaching. Though she is teaching the children a great sampling of pre-K academics, we are most impressed with her sharing of God's word. Our son is learning scripture and the importance of listening to God's commands in the Bible. We know Carter will continue to grow spiritually because of all Miss Laura has done. Miss Laura makes us wish we could go back to school and be students under her direction! What a marvelous teacher ! She makes learning a festive time rather than utilizing simple memorization. We marvel that Ava learned 26 bible verses and can still say them (complete with the darling animation!). We are most grateful to Miss Laura for the knowledge that she imparted upon Ava.
Kaylee's favorite teacher ever was Miss Laura! She had such a memorable year and still at 10 years old talks about Miss Laura. She loved the hugs and sweet "I love yous" she constantly recieved from Miss Laura! She had a wonderful pre-K year! Love, Allison O'Dell
